Marchon Eyewear & Calvin Klein Celebrate 30 Years Of Exclusive Global Licensing Partnership With Capsule Collection

Marchon Eyewear, one of the world’s largest manufacturers and distributors of quality eyewear and sunglasses, and global fashion lifestyle brand, Calvin Klein, celebrate the 30-year anniversary of their global eyewear licensing partnership by introducing a special capsule collection and dedicated campaign.

Calvin Klein and Marchon first engaged as licensing partners in 1992. At the time, the idea of a fashion brand licensing their name for eyewear was a novel concept. Calvin Klein was one of the first brands to launch an optical and sunglass collection sold through independent eyewear practices and prestigious department stores worldwide. Calvin Klein eyewear was an immediate success, and it has remained one of the most recognized eyewear brands ever since.

Calvin Klein eyewear is known for its modern and minimalist approach to design and sensual aesthetic. The anniversary collection pays homage to the brand’s initial launch collection, a nod to iconic ‘90s styles. The 5 optical styles and 4 sunglass styles draw inspiration from some of the most memorable Calvin Klein eyewear frames. All styles in the eyewear collection are crafted in gender-neutral silhouettes, designed exclusively from Titanium, and made in Japan.

Nicola Zotta, President & CEO of Marchon Eyewear said: “We are so proud to celebrate our longstanding partnership with Calvin Klein, a core brand in our eyewear portfolio. This capsule collection is a nod to our collaborative history, and we look forward to many more successful years to come as we continue to drive the Calvin Klein business forward with eyewear.”

Trish Donnelly, CEO, PVH Americas and Calvin Klein Global said: “We’re excited to honor this significant milestone in the brand’s history with Marchon, The dedicated anniversary eyewear collection pays tribute to our history while feeling entirely relevant for the modern consumer.”

Calvin Klein eyewear is sold worldwide in select optical retailers, department, and specialty stores and online.
